Chalkboard and Magnetic Paint?!?!

This is blowing my mind right now!!! Chalkboard paint can be painted on surfaces that you want to make a chalkboard. Obvious right? I have literally never heard of this business, and it’s making my day, since I’m about to move into a new apartment. I am totally thinking about buying some of this stuff and making my own chalkboard walls. Possibly just a small calendar, or a small section in general. But, this is really exciting.

Also.. Magnetic paint??!?! Am I an idiot right now for never having heard of this stuff. If you combine the two, it creates a magnetic, chalkboard wall. Wow! This is sooo cool. I wish I was a little kid again. I would have the best bedroom EVER!
